Job Description

• Assist with daily accounting tasks including data entry and ledger postings.
• Process and record account payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of financial records and statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skilss.
