Job Title: Internship P.A. to Head of Department (Mass Comm, Marketing & Business Studies)

Location: Level 13a Wisma Mont Kiara, 1, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. (accessible by taking FREE shuttle bus from Semantan MRT Station)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: (RM 2,500 - RM 9,500)

  • Basic Salary: RM 1,200
  • Allowance: RM 100 - RM 300
  • Commission: RM 1,000 - RM 8,000

Languages: English, Malay, Mandarin (Optional)

Working Hours: (5 & Half Days)

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Owner Communication
  • Conduct regular WhatsApp outreach to property owners to inquire about the availability of their units for rent or sale.
  • Share marketing materials, updates, and relevant information with property owners to build strong relationships.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from property owners and escalate complex questions to the relevant team.
  1. Data Collection and Updating
  • Accurately collect and update property details, including rental rates, selling prices, furnishing status, and unit availability.
  • Organize and maintain the property database to ensure it is up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Verify property information to ensure accuracy before adding it to the system.
  1. Support Sales and Marketing Efforts
  • Provide the sales team with updated and detailed property data to assist in client matching.
  • Support marketing campaigns by identifying potential properties suitable for targeted promotions.
  1. Market Research
  • Identify and source new property owners through online platforms, advertisements, and referrals.
  • Keep track of market trends and rental/sale price fluctuations to provide insights for the team.
  1. Reporting
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of the database, owner engagement, and property availability.
  • Track and report on WhatsApp outreach performance, including response rates and owner feedback.
