Job Title: Internship: Social Media Executive (Graphic Designer / Videographer / Editor)

Location: Level 13a Wisma Mont Kiara, 1, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. (accessible by taking shuttle bus from Sentul Barat MRT Station)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: (RM 2,500 - RM 9,500)

• Basic Salary: RM 1,200
• Allowance: RM 300 - RM 500
• Commission: RM 1,000 - RM 8,000

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM

1. Videography cum Photographer:

• Assist in planning, shooting, and producing high-quality videos for property tours, promotional content, and client testimonials.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture visually appealing and professional footage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts that align with the company’s branding.
• Ensure videos are well-framed, engaging, and highlight key aspects of properties.

1. Design:

• Support the design team by creating visual assets such as social media graphics, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Assist in designing property listings, infographics, and promotional content that align with E Trend Realty’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on layouts and designs for both digital and print formats, maintaining consistency and professionalism.

1. Editing:

• Edit video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, ensuring seamless transitions, sound quality, and overall coherence.
• Add visual effects, captions, and background music to enhance the video content.
• Edit and retouch photos using software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Ensure all edited materials meet project standards and deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming requests and queries appropriate
• Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including lighting and composition.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Canva).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
