 We are looking for a motivated and friendly Sales Intern to assist our retail sales team in daily operations, customer service, and sales activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in retail sales, customer interaction, and basic business operations.

✅ Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand product features and explain them to customers
• Support sales transactions and cashiering (if required)
• Arrange and replenish product displays
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Assist in stock checking and inventory updates
• Help with promotions, sales campaigns, and in-store activities
• Record basic sales data and customer feedback
• Support senior sales staff in daily tasks

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (Mandarin is a plus, if applicable)
• Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends (if required)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets)
