Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support our sales team in daily operations, lead management, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in handling customer enquiries and follow-ups 
• Support lead generation through online platforms, walk-ins, and social media 
• Update and maintain customer and sales records 
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly sales reports 
• Support showroom and sales operations 
• Follow up on quotations and orders 
• Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and customer requests 
• Learn and support sales strategies and marketing activities

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Willing to learn and take initiative 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets 
• Positive attitude and team player 
• Able to commit to internship duration
