Job Description

 Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring daily sales activities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. 
  • Track daily sales performance and prepare sales reports. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. 
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally. 
  • Monitor showroom, online, and marketplace sales performance. 
  • Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews. 
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer orders. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and delivery. 
  • Train and guide sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales skills. 
  • Analyse market trends and competitors’ activities.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or sales management. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure. 
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting. 
  • Experience in retail, tiles, building materials, or related industry is an advantage.
