Job Description

1. Data entry and documentation 
2. Book keeping and recordings (for balance sheet, P&L...)
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in accounting system
4. Aid in Month-end closing preparation.
5. Assisting account payable and receivable 
6. Bank statements reconciliation, SST preparation and submissions.
7. Audit assistance/support 
8. Generating account/financial report and submitting for audit purpose. 
9. Expenses management/tracking
10. Recording account data and responding to accounting/finance queries on a daily basis.
11. Track all payments made and perform daily checking on the bills 
12. Undertake any ad hoc tasks support when needed

Job Requirements

1. Full time internship for Diploma/ Degree students from Accounting/Finance related programs
2. Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is always a plus.
5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
6. Preferable with 3-6 months internship period
