Job Description

• Prepare and serve bingsu, desserts, and beverages according to SOP with proper portioning and presentation
   
• Handle ingredient preparation and assist with receiving and storing deliveries
   
• Take customer orders, provide menu recommendations, and promote ongoing or seasonal items
   
• Operate cashier and POS system accurately
   
• Serve food and ensure a positive customer experience
   
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen, dining, and service areas
   
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when supplies are low
   
• Support smooth service flow and manage queues during peak hours

Job Requirements

• Experience in café/dessert shop is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with positive attitude
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
