Job Description

We are expanding our team and seeking experienced, driven professionals to build a long-term career as Financial Consultants.

This position is within the financial services industry and involves providing advisory services on insurance-based financial solutions, including protection, wealth accumulation, and retirement planning.

As one of the leading insurance providers in Asia, you will be representing a trusted brand while building your own client portfolio and advisory practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning solutions, including protection, savings, investment, and retirement planning
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on trust and professionalism
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through consistent engagement and servicing
  • Continuously upgrade financial knowledge and advisory skills through structured training
  • Participate in team initiatives and contribute to business growth

    RM150,000 – RM220,000+ annually (Uncapped earning potential based on performance)

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Minimum 1–3 years working experience (preferably in banking, sales, or client-facing roles)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • High level of ambition with a desire to achieve above-average income
