As a Sr Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the control and coordination of various aspects of a program, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls guide and you'll work out of our [City, State] location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our programs by ensuring effective program controls and providing insights and recommendations to drive project success. You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and manage the program controls function for multiple projects
• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies
• Monitor and control project costs and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
