As a Sr Controllership Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position within our finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead the audit process for a specific country or region. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes at the country level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate LATAM Audit cycle across the different Countries
• Point of contact between the external firm and Honeywell stakeholders
• Plan different strategies to accomplish the obejctives
• Organize the Team to achieve the due dates
• Report to Corporate the status of the Audit
• Metrics
• Close Follow up with different stakeholders as Legal Team, Tax Team

MUST HAVE: 

• Bachelors in Accounting.
• 10 years of experience on Audit roles.
• Good knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Maquila experience.
• Ability to understand Annual Statutory Reporting.
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel.
• Prior experience of SAP and Hyperion Reporting Systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent Communication skills in both English and Spanish.
