As a Sr. Inside Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

You will report directly to our Sr. Sales Manager LATAM within Honeywell Sensing and you’ll work out of our office in Mty, Mexico or CDMX, Mexico on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, providing solutions to customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in inside sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
