Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the legal and financial aspects of our infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are prepared accurately and that risks are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Management: Lead the preparation, review, and submission of comprehensive tender documents.
• Contract Administration: Manage subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with head contract terms.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to protect the company’s interests.
• Reporting: Monitor project costs and progress to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.

NOTE: Salary is negotiable and commensurates with qualification & working experiences

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
