Job Description

• To support the overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in the office.
• Assist in upkeeping and maintenance of the staff hostel.
• Responsible for administration of foreign workers – accommodation, medical check-up, arrival and departure of foreign workers and etc.
• Able to work under the minimal supervision of the supervisor.
• To undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions and related duties when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Able to read and write Mandarin and English as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Able to start work IMMEDIATELY.
• At least  3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Computer literate, competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in harmony with co-workers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• High level of discretion and judgment.
