 💼 What You’ll Be Doing | 工作内容： 

• Full Set of Accounts Management: Maintain and prepare full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly closing processes.
  全盘账务管理：负责和维护完整账目，包括总账（General Ledger）、应付账款（AP）、应收账款（AR）及每月结账流程。
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and analysis to support decision-making.
  财务报告编制：按时准确编制每月、每季及每年的财务报表、管理报告及分析报告，为管理层决策提供支持。
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial projections, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  预算与预测：协助制定年度预算、现金流预测及财务预测，确保与公司整体目标一致。
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Handle all tax-related matters, including SST, corporate income tax, and ensure compliance with relevant government regulations (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.).
  税务与法定合规：处理所有与税务相关的事务，包括服务税（SST）、公司所得税，并确保符合相关法律法规（如 EPF、SOCSO、EIS、LHDN 等）。
• Audit & Year-End Closing: Coordinate with external auditors during audit exercises, provide required documentation, and support smooth year-end closing activities.
  审计与年终结账：在审计期间与外部审计师协调，准备所需文件，协助顺利完成年终结账工作。
• Bank Reconciliation & Treasury Functions: Perform regular bank reconciliations, manage company cash flow, monitor payments, and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
  银行对账与资金管理：定期进行银行对账，管理公司现金流，监控付款，确保运营所需资金充足。
• Liaison with Internal & External Parties: Communicate effectively with other departments, vendors, bankers, auditors, and tax agents to resolve financial or operational matters.
  对内外沟通协调：与公司各部门、供应商、银行、审计师及税务顾问保持良好沟通，以解决财务或运营相关事务。

Job Requirements

 🎯 What We’re Looking For | 职位要求：

1. Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related fields.
   拥有至少 Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance 等相关科系的学历。
2. Senior role: Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in accounting in F&B, E-commerce, Finance, Retail related industry.
   高级岗位：至少拥有 2-4 年会计在 F&B, E-commerce, Finance, Retail 领域相关的工作经验。
3. Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness and positive attitude.
   注重细节，具备较强的问题解决能力和灵活应变能力，拥有积极的态度，并熟悉销售和市场营销的原则与策略。
4. Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
   责任心强，可靠，具备独立工作和团队合作的能力。
5. Candidate with Full set account & SQL Software experience is more preferrable.
   有 Full set account & SQL Software 经验者优先考虑
6. Fresh Graduate are most welcome!!!
