We are growing fast in the Chinese-speaking markets of Malaysia and Singapore, and we need a proactive, results-driven O2O (Online-to-Offline) Sales star to bridge the gap between our brand and offline merchants across Malaysia!

• Partnership Builder: Promote our latest promotions, products, advertisements, and collaboration strategies to potential merchants.
  合作伙伴开拓者： 向商家推广最新的促销活动、产品、广告方案及合作策略。
• Market Expander: Proactively identify and develop new merchant opportunities across Malaysia.
  市场扩张官： 开拓并发展全马各地的新商家。
• Merchant Support: Reply to merchant inquiries promptly and provide effective solutions to their problems.
  商家守护者： 及时回复商家信息并协助解决问题。
• Sales Closer: Diligently follow up on sales orders and ensure payments are processed on time.
  订单跟进王： 认真跟进销售订单与回款进度。
• Strategy Advisor: Provide suitable marketing strategies to merchants to help improve their sales performance.
  营销顾问： 为商家提供合适的营销策略，助力其业绩提升。
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities at the ground level to keep us ahead.
  市场情报员： 观察线下市场趋势与竞争对手动态，让我们始终走在前端。

Job Requirements

• Experience Preferred: Candidates with relevant experience in O2O or field sales will be prioritized

• Mobile & Driven: Must possess your own transportation and enjoy traveling for work.

• People Person: Proactive, loves communicating with people, and has a strong interest in the wellness/health industry.

• Bilingual: Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our target merchant demographic.
  语言要求： 精通中英双语，能够使用地道的中文进行业务洽谈。
• Resilient: Comfortable with cold calling and reaching out to new prospects.
  抗压性强： 能够接受 Cold Calling，敢于主动接洽新客户。
