RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies

• Plan and run cross-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage local/regional digital marketing and monitor campaign ROI
• Create marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Support branding & marketing
• Coordinate with teams and vendors for high-quality content production
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
• Align marketing with sales goals and company objectives
• Support any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or better with proven experience in marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management, organizational & analytical skills
• Able to work well under pressure with flexibility in problem-solving
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and calm under stress
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
