Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our financial planning software to financial advisors, insurance agencies, wealth management firms, and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys meeting clients, and has the ability to understand customer needs and demonstrate how our software helps improve efficiency, client engagement, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

• Identify and approach prospective customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update sales activities in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide professional consultation before and after the sales process.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional software modules.

Market Awareness

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and networking events when required.

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in software, SaaS, fintech, banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
