Responsibilities:

<li>Liaise and coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, trade contractors and office team.</li>
<li>Managing site related matters including site work arrangement, leading of site workers, coordination with sub-con, execution of work in a safe manner, arranging necessary meeting and discussion to update and resolve site issue.</li>
<li>Preparation of paper work including daily site report, taking site progress pictures, checking and taking of site measurements, checking of claim's quantity material's quantity needed at site.</li>
<li>Ensuring company's machinery, tools and equipment are properly handled and well maintained.</li>
<li>Minimizing material site wastage and monitoring work labor's efficiency.</li>
<li>Regular site inspection and meticulous on work termination and workmanship.</li>
<li>Upkeep of site condition and good site management.</li>
