As an Account Executive, you will be tasked with:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements on regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and administrative information.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensuring the upkeep and proper maintenance of company assets, facilities, and equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate accounting books and records, ensuring meticulous organization of filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of financial information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Support on any other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in accounting and administrative roles
  • Good command of English & Mandarin – both verbal & written
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Strong Organizational and communication skills.
  • Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, committed, good interpersonal skills and follow up skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
  • Multi-tasking is expected and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
