Job Description

As Bloop Marketing intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing within the beauty industry. Working closely with our marketing team where you will assist in concepting and visual execution projects from digital marketing campaigns, to print and event collaterals that resonates with our target audience, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement across various platforms. 

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation: 

• Assist in brainstorming, planning, and creating engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas, themes, and concepts that align with brand values and resonate with our target audience.

Social Media Management: 

• Support in managing and maintaining our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and follower interactions.

Visual Content Creation: 

• Assist in creating visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for digital marketing (web pages, articles, ads, social posts, emails) and print (brand collaterals, event collaterals) across a variety of assets (images, photos, video). 
• Work with design tools and software to edit photos, create graphics, and produce eye-catching visual content that reflects the brand aesthetic.

Influencer Outreach and Collaboration: 

• Support the marketing team in identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.
• Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships, collaborations, and content creation projects, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.

Market Research and Trend Analysis: 

• Conduct research on beauty industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to stay informed about market developments and identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to generate insights and recommendations for enhancing brand content strategy and positioning in the market.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a BA in graphic design, visual communications or related field
• Highly creative, imaginative and curious.
• Contemporary and engaging portfolio with strengths in conceptual thinking, typography, layout, and campaign conceptualisation
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Have an eye for detail
• Highly self-motivated and well organised
• Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
• Work well in a team and with a range of creative people
