Job Description
Position Overview
The Store Manager will lead the operations of House of WA, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and commercial performance. This role combines leadership, hospitality expertise, and a passion for premium guest experiences through cigars and spirits.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lounge operations to maintain high standards of service, ambience, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage cigar and whisky supply and demand, work with th curator to tweak our cigar an sport menu each month, understand members and VIP customer preference and needs and proactively manage membership experience.
- Drive revenue growth through membership programs, retail sales, and curated events.
- Work with the owner and curator to develop monthly or quarterly curated events for VIP members and manage our social media and marketing presence.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver refined, discreet, and consistent hospitality.
- Build and nurture relationships with VIP members and regular clientele to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and tobacco-related regulations while upholding brand integrity.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in luxury hospitality, premium airlines fist / business cabin attendant / supervisor, premium retail, or lifestyle venues. International experience preferred
- Strong understanding of cigar culture and premium spirits not required but an added bonus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Mandatin, additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
