Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR and Finance operations, including recruitment, administration, employee engagement, financial support, and day-to-day business activities in a professional manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. 
• Support HR and Finance administrative tasks, including preparing documents, maintaining records, filing, and data entry. 
• Assist in preparing HR documents, financial records, invoices, expense claims, and payment-related documentation. 
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and training sessions. 
• Maintain accurate HR and Finance databases, trackers, and documentation. 
• Support onboarding, employer branding, and cross-functional departmental projects. 
• Assist with reporting, administrative coordination, and other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Internship Duration

• Minimum duration: 3 – 6 months 
• Candidate with a 2-month internship requirement are also encouraged to apply

Benefit

• RM700 per month 
• Daily meal subsidies

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
