What you’ll be doing 

This program is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our business, setting you up for success in a high-impact sales role. Over the course of the program, you will:

• Actively navigate the business environment, learning our core systems, tools, and processes necessary to operate effectively and efficiently.
• Showcase your capacity to analyse situations and problem-solve under pressure to deliver tangible results that contribute directly to the organisation’s goals.
• Collaborate and partner with colleagues across the network to share insights, leverage internal resources, and support a cohesive business strategy.
• Prepare and learn to get your required licenses and professional qualifications, fully supported by the company, to enable you to operate legally and competently in a frontline sales capacity.

Job Requirements

What We Need:

We are looking for high-potential individuals who are ready to learn, lead, and deliver.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any field of study
• Possess a strong leadership presence complemented by proven teamworking experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for engaging clients and internal partners.
• Must possess valid work authorization in Malaysia.
• Must be ready for employment in March 2026
