Job Description
Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Handle general inquiries and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, parcels, and courier arrangements
Administrative & Operational Support
- Perform basic banking tasks (e,g. cheque deposits) as assigned.
- Assist in organizing staff activities and engagement programs.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and panrty items
- Oversee general office cleanliness and ensure meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and set up before use.
- Decorate the office for festive seasons
- Coordinate monthly birthday celebrations, including ordering cake
- Perform general day to day administrative duties
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management as needed.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
