Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented intern to support our e-commerce operations and customer experience. This role provides exposure to end-to-end online business operations, including order management, platform updates, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Assist in daily e-commerce operations across platforms (e.g. product uploads, pricing updates, inventory checks)
  •  Monitor and process incoming orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilment
  •  Support customer inquiries via chat/email in a professional and timely manner
  •  Coordinate with internal teams (operations, drivers, partners) to ensure smooth service delivery
  •  Track and report basic performance metrics (orders, issues, feedback)
  •  Identify and escalate operational or customer issues when necessary

Job Requirements

Requirements

  •  Diploma/Degree students able to commit 3–6 months with Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  •  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  •  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  •  Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written & spoken)
  •  Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  •  Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
