Job Description
Responsibility
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and updating financial records
- Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliation
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
- Help monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial reports and documentation
- Support audits and compliance checks
- Perform basic administrative duties related to finance operations
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Internship is part of industrial training / university internship requirement
- Strong interest in accounting, audit, tax, or financial services industry
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
