Account
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and updating financial records
- Support month-end closing activities and account reconciliation
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
- Help monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial reports and documentation
Human Resources - Payroll
- Maintain employee records, onboarding/ offboarding, leave, attendance, claims.
- Assist monthly payroll and payroll reports.
- Submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD timely.
- Support recruitment, employee queries, HR reports, and HR projects.
Job Requirements
- Prefer MANDARIN Speaker
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Financing, Psychology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates with/without HR experience.
- Prioritize final semester students
- Detail-oriented, organized, confidential.
- MS Office; HR/payroll software is a plus.
- Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
