Job Description
Based at the bank branch, the Bank Management Trainee is responsible for acquiring and servicing retail banking clients, handling walk-in inquiries, and providing financial advisory on the bank's products and solutions, including insurance, investments, unit trust, and mortgages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new retail banking clients through cold calling (leads provided), networking, and referrals.
- Attend to walk-in customers and address their banking inquiries and needs.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Provide financial advisory and offer wealth management solutions such as insurance, investment, unit trust, and mortgage.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with existing and potential clients to assess and meet their financial needs and objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time working experience in any industry.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Mandarin-speaking preferred to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Willing to obtain CMFAS certification (insurance papers, Singapore).
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Willing to relocate to and be based in Singapore (must reside in Singapore).
- Prior experience in relationship management, sales, business development, customer service, or the banking/financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
