About the Role
We are currently supporting a humanitarian outreach initiative in collaboration with UNHCR Malaysia and are looking for energetic and people-oriented individuals to join the team as Brand Ambassadors.
In this role, you will engage with members of the public through face-to-face interactions at events, roadshows, malls, and designated campaign locations to raise awareness and support for refugee-related humanitarian efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent UNHCR campaigns professionally at assigned locations
- Engage with members of the public through face-to-face interactions
- Share awareness on humanitarian and refugee-related initiatives
- Encourage public support through donor engagement activities
- Achieve daily and monthly engagement goals as part of the campaign team
- Participate in campaign briefings, training sessions, and team activities
- Maintain professional conduct and brand representation standards

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with the public in face-to-face environments
- Positive, confident, and energetic personality
- Able to work in malls, events, roadshows, and outdoor campaign sites
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in events, roadshows, retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or promotions will be an added advantage
