• Work Mode: In-Office
• Allowance: RM 1000

What You’ll Do:

•  Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
•  Conduct interviews and assess candidates for qualification, culture fit, and job match
•  Partner with consultants to understand client hiring needs and job scopes
• Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and documentation
• Research companies, industries, and competitors to support recruitment strategy
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
• Assist with interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding
• Help build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices 

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus!)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Willing to travel to our PJ office
• Interested in HR, recruitment, or people-focused work
