Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as an Automation Support Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining enterprise automation solutions. As part of the Global Automation Delivery Team, you’ll help maintain and monitor automated processes, ensuring seamless business operations across a global organization. You’ll collaborate with automation experts, IT infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, working with cutting-edge RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology.

This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As an Automation Support Intern you will: 

Support day-to-day operations of automated business processes, focusing on bots developed with RPA tools.

Monitor automation performance, analyze errors, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues and bugs.

Generate performance reports on bot activities, providing insights and identifying areas for improvement.

Work closely with global automation and IT teams to ensure the reliability and security of automation solutions.

Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor and/or team leads.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in an international, multicultural environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Well-organized, with effective communication skills (written and spoken English required).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Interest in technology, automation, and data analysis.

Basic understanding of automation and RPA is a plus.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Able to commit to the full internship duration
