Job Description

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
  • Help reconcile bank statements and monthly financial records
  • Maintain proper records of financial documents and ensure accuracy
  • Assist in expense tracking and verification of supporting documents
  • Support the team in month-end closing and reporting activities
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the accounting/finance team

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (training will be provided)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
