Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Shopee (CPAS), and TikTok Shop Ads.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance to improve ROI, CTR, Add-to-Cart Rate, and Conversion Rate.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad placements to identify top-performing combinations.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy.
  • Analyse campaign data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximise performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and creative strategies on TikTok and Meta.
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales, content, and operations teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Experiment, learn fast, and scale what works — own the online revenue performance end-to-end.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of decision-making funnel metrics (CTR, ATC rate, IC rate, Conversion rate).
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee Ads (CPAS), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, GMV Max, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of tracking setups (pixels, UTMs) and ad optimisation using automation or AI tools.
  • Creative eye for short-form ads — able to blend performance data with storytelling.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hungry for growth.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills — proactive, accountable, and execution-focused.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in FMCG or personal care industry.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of retention metrics, LTV, and customer lifecycle marketing.
