We are a fun and young startup with huge ambitious in executing our plan to be one of the best sustainable and natural Malaysian Brand. We are now a team of 6 persons, expanding our teams to grow the brand to the next level.

<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), Shopee (CPAS), and TikTok Shop Ads.</li>
<li>Monitor daily campaign performance to improve ROI, CTR, Add-to-Cart Rate, and Conversion Rate.</li>
<li>Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and ad placements to identify top-performing combinations.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy.</li>
<li>Analyse campaign data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to drive decision-making.</li>
<li>Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximise performance.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and creative strategies on TikTok and Meta.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with the sales, content, and operations teams to align paid campaigns with overall marketing goals.</li>
<li>Experiment, learn fast, and scale what works — own the online revenue performance end-to-end.</li>
