Job Description
- Customer service: Greet and assist walk in customers with product info and recommendations.
- Sampling: Distribute samples hygienically - clean testers before and after shifts
- Sales transaction: Process purchases via Point of Sales (POS) or manually - ensure accurate records
- Cart maintenance: Keep cart clean, organized and well stocked at all time
- Cash handling: Reconcile cash and digital payments at day-end; report discrepancies.
- Reporting: Submit daily sales, cash and stock report - alert supervisor on low or fast moving stock
- Product knowledge: Stay updated on product features, ingredients, and promotion to better assist customers
Job Requirements
- Able to work on shift schedules (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Every weekend & Public Holiday
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hygiene or personal care products is an advantage
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
