Job Description

  • Customer service: Greet and assist walk in customers with product info and recommendations.
  • Sampling: Distribute samples hygienically - clean testers before and after shifts
  • Sales transaction: Process purchases via Point of Sales (POS) or manually - ensure accurate records
  • Cart maintenance: Keep cart clean, organized and well stocked at all time
  • Cash handling: Reconcile cash and digital payments at day-end; report discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Submit daily sales, cash and stock report - alert supervisor on low or fast moving stock
  • Product knowledge: Stay updated on product features, ingredients, and promotion to better assist customers

Job Requirements

  • Able to work on shift schedules (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
  • 6 working days per week
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of hygiene or personal care products is an advantage
  • Responsible, punctual, and reliable
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
