Global Branding & Communication Admin Executive

Job Description

The Executive / Senior Executive will be involved in the development and implementation of branding, media and publicity plans and campaigns. There will be a need to build and strengthen the relationship with media and public relations as well as manage any crisis communications. The successful incumbent will need to develop, produce any corporate communication literature that includes press releases, speeches, newsletter, annual reports and social media posts.
 

Job Responsibilities
·         Work with Global Branding Team to manage the company’s Corporate Communications, Branding, Marketing and Investor Relations functions.
·         Formulate internal and external communications strategies, develop relevant communications materials including press releases, presentations, websites and corporate collaterals, and manage both traditional and digital communication channels.
·         Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, investment community and the media.
·         Brand guardian to promote the Company’s image and support local and regional teams in communications, marketing events and project launches.
·         Plan, organise and execute large-scale corporate events, and drive corporate-level corporate social responsibility engagements and campaigns
·         Assist in special projects when required.
·         Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
·         Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mass Communication, journalism, or Public Relations with at least 3-5 years of working experience in corporate communications works.
·         Candidate with prior experience of working within finance and fintech industry will have an added advantage.
·         It is anticipated that the successful candidate will offer strong project management experience, analytical, meticulous and strong social media skills.
