Job Description

The Affiliate & Partnership Coordinator assists the Affiliate & Partnership Executive in recruiting and onboarding affiliates and partners, maintaining affiliate communications, supporting campaign preparation and launches, tracking affiliate performance and sales records, preparing simple promotional content and providing partnership-related administrative support.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Recruitment & Coordination: Assist in identifying, approaching and onboarding potential affiliates, creators and business partners for company campaigns and programmes.
• Affiliate Communication: Maintain regular communication with affiliates, answer basic enquiries, share campaign information, promotional materials, links and updates.
• Campaign Support: Assist the Affiliate & Partnership Executive in preparing and coordinating affiliate campaigns, launches, promotions and partnership activities.
• Affiliate Performance Tracking: Update and maintain affiliate databases, sales records, campaign results, commissions and performance reports accurately.
• Content & Marketing Support: Assist in preparing simple promotional materials, campaign briefs, captions, affiliate guidelines and content ideas for affiliates and partners.
• Partnership & Administrative Support: Assist with partner follow-ups, meeting coordination, documentation, event support and other marketing-related administrative tasks as required.
