Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare comprehensive annual financial reports and statutory submissions to ensure timely compliance.
• Manage tax compliance and coordinate external audits to keep records accurate and compliant.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow forecasting to guide business planning.
• Translate financial data into clear insights to support pricing, cost control, and investment decisions.

Accounting Operations & Controls

• Oversee full cycle accounting, maintain strong internal controls, and resolve month-end close variances.
• Improve accounting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors across the finance function.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably within FMCG or fast-moving retail environments.
