Your Role and Responsibilities
Onboarding Success Partners (OSP) are responsible for the delivery of a memorable and differentiated onboarding experience for our new hires. After offer acceptance, the Talent Acquisition Partner transitions the relationship to the OSP who becomes the primary liaison from IBM for soon to be IBMers. OSPs facilitate pre-hire slack channels and respond to new hire questions and queries to ensure that new hires are looking forward to and work ready on day one. OSPs also connect with hiring managers through pre-hire and day one onboarding ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Onboarding Success Partner (OSP) are responsible for creating a seamless and differentiated experience for pre-hires during the pre-onboarding phase. This includes the delivery of administrative excellence across all activities related to onboarding such as sending new hire communications, completing compliance related activities and paperwork.
The role of onboarding is integral for preparing the new hire for their IBM career and ensure that everything is ready for their arrival at IBM on day 1. Our team play a significant part to ensure all provisioning is ready for new hires and onboarding documents are collected timely according to process guideline. This role will be reporting to the Regional Onboarding Leader and will be part of IBM’s Global Onboarding team.
