As a builder on our creative team you will turn concepts into tangible exhibition graphics, 3D elements and on-site layouts that scale from small pop-ups to large trade shows.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Concept & Design

• Create event and exhibition visuals from brief to final artwork, including layouts, renderings and presentation boards.
• Develop 3D mockups and detailed graphics that clearly communicate spatial intent to clients and builders.

Production & Site Work

• Prepare production-ready files and check technical specifications to ensure smooth fabrication and installation.
• Conduct site inspections and collaborate with on-site teams to adjust designs for real-world constraints.

Collaboration & Client Delivery

• Work with project managers and suppliers to meet deadlines and maintain quality across multiple events.
• Present design ideas to clients and revise work based on clear, timely feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in design, visual communication or a related field, fresh graduates are welcome; approximately 0 years experience expected.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• AutoCAD for space planning and technical drawings.
• Autodesk Maya for 3D modelling and visualization.
• Adobe Illustrator for vector art and production files.
• Graphic Design and 3D Animation for event visuals and motion elements.
• Site Inspection skills to verify measurements and installation needs.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language for client communication where required.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communicator who can explain design choices to clients and contractors in a friendly way.
• Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple event deadlines and on-site changes.
