Job Description

Responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining cosmetic, skincare, and aromatherapy product inventory in a clean, systematic, and compliant manner. The role ensures products are properly stored, labeled, tracked, and easily accessible for daily operations.

• Organize cosmetic, skincare stock, accessories, office items by category, batch, and expiry date
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system
• Label products clearly including product name, batch number, and expiry date
• Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, light, hygiene standards)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of storage areas
• Assist in stock counting, audits, and reconciliation
• Identify slow-moving, near-expiry, or damaged stock and report promptly
• Support packing and preparation for orders when required
• Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of products

Job Requirements

• Experience in stock organization, inventory, or warehouse management (cosmetic industry preferred)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Basic understanding of cosmetic storage, hygiene, and safety standards
• Physically able to handle boxes and stock items
• Able to follow SOPs and storage guidelines
• Strong organizational and labeling skills
• Inventory management and documentation accuracy
• Time management and systematic work habits
• Awareness of hygiene and contamination prevention
• Basic record-keeping skills
