Job Description
Job Brief:
We are looking for someone who:
- Manage all book-keeping and related accounting matters
- Perform month end closing and reporting in a timely manner
- Monitoring daily cash flow
- Assist in audit and tax preparation
- Prepare monthly Journal, Bank & Inventory Reconciliation, and accounts receivables/payables reports
- Update all the relevant data in accounting system
- Ensure timely invoicing as assigned
Job Summary:
Responsible to assist the Head of Account and Finance to manage all matters related to all accounts and finance matters
Requirements:
- Has exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Has advanced knowledge of technical finance and finance concepts
- Has high initiative and passion for continuous learning
- Is highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Has high levels of integrity and honesty
