Job Description
Job Brief:
- Plan and manage IT Project implementation of IT products and services activity timely and efficiently
- Manage and execute the end rental contract assets collection with the accurate quantity and specification provide by Disposal Manager
- Manage and control the execution and performance of the project team both internal and external within the agreed Gantt Chart and objectives
- Ensure IT project process perform according to company procedure and policies
- Manage and report all the project operations required facilities, delivery costs, tools and documentations
- Ensure proper handling IT products for the task assigned to the project team both internal and external at all time
- Ensure the quantity, content and specification of the IT Products are matching with the documents
- Ensure safety at work and IT products handling during performing assigned task
- Manage the project team to update the accurate task progress information and report on task assigned in the systems
- Manage the contract agreement, UAT, invoices and any project related documentation until the acceptance pf 1st invoice
- Make sure that all documents required for the assigned task are complete and return to related personnel in the company
- Resolve any matters arise from the assigned task and customer feedback from the project team both internal and external and ensure update to the systems
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Working experience more than 3 years in project management
- Experience in handling a team or supervise a team
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
