Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible as an integral part of the sales process providing pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations, and subject matter expert who works closely with account managers to build customer relationship and prospects by demonstrating how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements.
2. Analyse potential market data to determine the ideal customers before launching business’s products. of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
3. Perform pre-sales activities by understanding the clients’ needs and aligning the needs with the solutions offered
4. Responsible in conducting pre-sales meeting with clients to present and propose product and solutions.
5. To lead and manage all presales task within DaaS solution.
6. Lead the sales team in using deep understanding of the product’s ideal customer pain points and qualifying the prospects.
7. Possess deep product knowledge in IT business to write a sales pitch that highlights the product’s features and benefits.
8. Responsible for attending and contributing to strategy meetings held by the marketing team and ensure the pitch is aligned with the marketing campaign.
9. Familiar with cloud computing products and solution.
10. Experience in fulfilling RFI, RFQ & RFP processes.
11. Must have IT knowledge, hand-on person and software field of presale experience.
12. Possess strong problem-solving, presentation skills and excellent communication skills.
13. Knowledge in DaaS solution will be additional advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with cloud computing products and solution.
• Experience in fulfilling RFI, RFQ & RFP processes.
• Must have IT knowledge, hand-on person and software field of presale experience.
• Possess strong problem-solving, presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
