Job Description

• Manage social media and digital platform to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan, create and manage postings, ads and accounts for social media and Google.
• Analyse data to provide report and key recommendations to client to improve performance.
• Explore new trends and new functions of social media and digital.
• Work with clients closely to ensure their social media and digital plans are effective. 
• Brainstorm with team members to create marketing campaigns and monthly digital content that engage and create presence.
• Work with team members to create optimal content to meet clients' objectives.
• Ensure that the brand messages are consistent throughout social media and digital platforms.
• Monitor competitor's social media activities, results and provide adequate analysis.

Job Requirements

• Has skills in managing postings, ads and accounts for social media and digital platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, XHS, Google). Includes skills in setting up ads for social media ad and Google ad.
• Has skills in understanding/analysing data and producing performance report for social media page, social media ad and Google ad.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin. BM is an added advantage.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
• Resourceful, motivated, independent and takes initiative to fulfill tasks.
• Pleasant personality and team driver.
• Has problem solving skills and and a data driven thinker with analytical skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
