Job Description

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible in: 

1. Assisting Senior Service Engineer to plan and monitor daily activities at project sites, prepare quotations and tender for projects.
2. Performing site visits and coordinating with clients and technicians to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with drawings, specifications, procedures, requirements and timeline.
3. Monitoring equipment and machinery performance, and develop preventative maintenance measures as and when required.
4. Maintaining good service quality and ensure compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety standards of the department.
5. Implementing policies, procedures and activities that are relevant and required by the quality management system.
6. Preparing reports for management review.

Job Requirements

We are looking for Service Engineer who is driven and passionate in HVAC:

1. Possesses Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent fields.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. However, having 1-3 years of working experience in the industry or relevant field would be a plus.
3. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
5. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
6. Adaptable and ability to multitask. Willing to work under extended hours occassionally if required.
7. Willingness to travel locally if required.
