INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: MARKETING, BUSINESS & ENTREPRENEURSHIP

  • Internship Allowance & Incentives
  • Monthly allowance: RM 600 - RM 1200
  • Performance-based increase: Up to RM 2400 (based on sales targets)

Job Responsibilities & Learning Objectives

a) Application of Knowledge

  • Implement business and entrepreneurship concepts in real-world scenarios.

b) Customer Engagement & Branding

  • Interact with at least 25 customers daily to create a positive brand experience.

c) Professionalism & Ethics

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect towards clients, the company, and colleagues.

d) Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure every customer interaction is positive and contributes to overall business growth.

e) Task & Assignment Completion

  • Submit all assignments on time as part of the learning and performance evaluation process.

f) Performance Tracking & Growth

  • Progress will be evaluated through KPIs, daily leader reviews, and results generated.

g) Incentives for Performance

  • Interns who meet minimum sales targets are eligible for higher allowances and bonuses.
