Ideatect Concept' is seeking a motivated and organized Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you are responsible for planning, designing, and supervising interior spaces to ensure functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This role involves conceptual development, technical drawings, material selection, and coordination with project teams to deliver high-quality design outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop mood boards, colour schemes, material selections, and design presentations.
• Prepare space planning, floor plans, layout plans, and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, layout plans, 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials.
• Prepare design proposals, layouts, and presentations for interior, furniture, and related design projects.
• Present design concepts, recommendations, and solutions to clients in a professional manner.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualisations using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, technologies, and market developments.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, industry standards, functionality requirements, and practical usability.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Strong creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to meet project deadlines.
