Ideatect Concept' is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in driving & maximize sales and supporting the delivery of upcoming & ongoing projects for our growing company.

Responsibilities :

• Contact customers assigned by the marketing team. 
• Arrange appointments and conduct site visits to customers’ homes. 
• Provide professional consultation and recommendations on design and technical aspects. 
• Prepare detailed quotations based on agreed specifications and customer requirements. 
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. 
• Coordinate with designers by providing necessary information for layout plans and 3D drawings. 
• Monitor project/site progress and keep customers updated on work status. 
• Track and maintain accurate records of customer progress, including follow-ups, site visits, quotations, and project updates. 
• Follow up on and monitor customer payment status to ensure timely collections. 
• Ensure projects are completed successfully according to contract requirements before final handover. 
• Conduct project handovers and customer interviews together with the marketing team. 
• Collect and manage customer reviews across social media platforms. 
• Participate in social media content creation and marketing activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction or related fields.
• Applicants with a sales background who are not from engineering fields are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent in Microsoft software (Excel & Word).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, punctual, and energetic.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

• Sales achievement (monthly & annual).
• Accuracy & quality of project.
• Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Completion of project handover and after-sales resolution.
• Reporting accuracy and responsiveness.
