<div>Ideatect Concept' is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in driving &amp; maximize sales and supporting the delivery of upcoming &amp; ongoing projects for our growing company.</div><div><strong>Responsibilities :</strong></div><ul><li>Contact customers assigned by the marketing team.</li><li>Arrange appointments and conduct site visits to customers’ house.</li><li>Provide consultations and recommendations to customers regarding design and technical aspects.</li><li>Prepare detailed quotations for customers based on the agreed specifications.</li><li>Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.</li><li>Liaise with the designer and provide necessary information during the preparation of plans and 3D drawings.</li><li>Monitor site progress and update customers on work status.</li><li>Track and record each customer’s progress, including follow-ups, site visits , quotation and etc.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up and monitoring of customer payment status</li><li>Ensure each project is completed successfully and in accordance with the contract before the final handover to the customer.</li><li>Conduct project handover &amp; customer interviews together with the marketing team.</li><li>Collect customer reviews across all social media platforms.</li><li>Participate in social media content creation for marketing purposes.</li></ul>
